Today is Halloween and like most 9 year old girls, they want to dress up. My sister, Hannah, wanted to be a witch this year. And most great witches have black cats. So does my family. Here is a picture of Hannah with our cat Ivey on Halloween.
Emily and Audrey this summer at the beach. Yes, sun burn and all. The girls wanted to model with the sunset behind them, but I just wanted their picture faces in the photo.
At the Cumming Fair, candy apples are a big hit. The fair only comes once a year and everyone knows there is going to be candy apples there. Here are some apples before the got all candy-up and the ones that are ready to be sold are behind them.
This weekend at the Moonshine Festival in Dawsonville, (no, there is no moonshine to drink), they had a kung fu show in the square. This is a shot of the main teacher kicking the apple off the sword, and I just got the action shot.
Last Tuesday I had to shoot low key. I shot Ms.Katie Darby. We played around with the hat and sunglasses. Some of her faces looked like she was going to kill me after we got done. Yet, this photo, she has a nice smile. Thanks Katie!
You would never know a Coke could be so amazing. In the south, everything is a Coke. Not pop, or soda, or any other name like that, its Coke. If you want something different, you better call it by its real name. Mt. Dew, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper......in the south....it's a COKE!
The youth group at our church put on a haunted barn this weekend. It will go until Halloween night. Two friends and I put on a "Witch's Room." Here is a picture of the eyes we used to scare people with.
I took some shots of my godson, Tristan. He is 7 months and one of the cutest babies I know! The is just one photo out of the many that I took to put on this blog and to give to his parents for Christmas.
UGA vs. Vanderbilt (Homecoming) game. Football season is in, and the Georgia Bulldogs were in action. With no surprise, the Bulldogs came on top with a 24-14 lead! GO DAWGS!
For our "Childern" project, I took a photo of my friend's little sitter, Aubri. She was suppose to be a princess yet, we were able to get a shot of her in her dress on top of the pumpkin. Yes, there we're many trys, but we got some from every angle.
For my school's "Animal Project," I shot my friend Anita's dog, Gizmo. This seen is suppose to be him in the bathroom getting caught in the toilet paper. His face seems so to say "Are you talking to me? I didn't do it."
It had been 7 years since the North Forsyth Raiders had beat South Forsyth War Eagles. Yet, on Oct. 10th, 2008 the Raiders came up on top with a 27-7 lead. David Knorr has the ball, while getting a hit by North Forsyth's Jonathan Umphenour.
