It might not seem much, but I am excited about it. One of my pictures got into the spring 2012 K-Mart Add. It is the one outlined in purple! Little-By-Little I am moving up in the photography world. :)

Valentine's Banquet 2012 Part 1
60's
70's
80's
90's
A fundraiser for the teens at our church, we throw a Valentine's Banquet for the couples at Greater Heights. This year was called the Eras of Love. 60's,70's,80's and 90's. Each teen was put into a group then given an era. They had to come up with a skit, have music from that times, famous saying and look like they would have been from that time. The 60's did the famous game show: The Dating Show. This is where all the new dating shows got their idea from. 70's-The Gong Show. With Charile's Angels, Sonny and Cher, all guest stars. 80's- Their skit was more about the music in the 80's which we still hear today. Whitney Houston "How Will I know" "Every breathe you take" by the Police, to "Eye of The Tiger" Music from the movie 'Dirty Dancing" and then "You take a piece of me"-this was my favorite skit too. The 90's did the TV show "Family Matters" where Steve goes on a "non-date" with his long time crush Laura. All the teens did a wonderful job. Don't know how they will top this one next year!

Father/Daughter Dances
This weekend I worked for a company called Ananchel Fine Art Photography. We did 2 Father/Daughter Dances. It was a Coal Mt. Elementary School, which long time ago, was my elementary school. Crazy how things come back around later in life. Their theme for their Father/Daughter dance was a "Rockin 50's" theme. It was really cute to see how all the girls and their dads dressed up for it. It was really fun and have a great time. Thanks to Sundra Paul, owner of Ananchel to allowing to help out in her amazing company.
